NOTICE OF SALE OF CITY-OWNED PROPERTY

The City of Wayne will be accepting sealed offers for the purchase of Lot 19 Southview II Addition, City of Wayne, Wayne County, Nebraska, or better known as 400 Chicago Street. 

The lot is 13,504 sq ft and zoned R2. The successful bidder must agree that a residential structure will be completed within 24 months from property closing. Closing will likely be in mid-fall 2024. 

Offers will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2024. Offers may be emailed to ; submitted in person to City Hall at 306 Pearl Street; or mailed to:
