As this is a constantly changing situation, we wanted to update patrons and citizens that our current plan is to close the CAC if the Wayne Community Schools are to close due to COVID-19. If the decision would be made to close the CAC prior to Wayne Community Schools closing we will send an updated message.
If the CAC closes due to COVID-19 this will include the entire facility, ***including 24 Hour Weight Room Access***. It is unknown how long we could remain closed, but we will update the community as soon as we finalize anything or have more information. As stated above, this is a constantly changing, day-to-day situation so we will keep you updated as best we can.
Also, Rec Soccer and Run Club programs are both cancelled. If you have any questions regarding rec sports, please direct them to Amber at aschwarte@cityofwayne.org.
