The City of Wayne is seeking proposals from graphic design individuals and/or firms to create a new logo identity for the City of Wayne. Said proposals should be delivered to the City Clerk’s Office at City Hall, 306 Pearl Street, no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 12, 2018. Alternatively, proposals may be emailed to info@cityofwayne.org by the same deadline. Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to sender.
Proposals will be evaluated based upon qualifications, previous experience of similar scope, and the agreement terms and conditions. Proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the proposal due date. The City of Wayne reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept whichever proposal that may be in the best interest of the City, at its sole discretion.
