Proposals will be received by the City Clerk, 306 Pearl Street, Wayne, NE 68787 (or via email) until 4:30 p.m. (local time) on September 9, 2019, for the furnishing of engineering consulting services required by FEMA to repair the walking trail in the southeast area of Wayne that was damaged as a result of the 2019 flood event.

Proposals received after the specified time will be returned unopened to the sender. Proposals must be based on the City's Request for Proposals. Contact the City Administrator, Wes Blecke, at (402) 375-1733 or by email for further information.

Proposals will be evaluated based upon qualifications, previous experience of similar scope, fee for services rendered, and the agreement terms and conditions. Proposals shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after proposal due date. The City of Wayne reserves the right to refuse any or all proposals, to waive technicalities, and to accept whichever proposal that may be in the best interest of the City, at its sole discretion.
