Vehicle Unlocking
The Wayne Police Department will refer all calls for unlocking vehicles to private businesses. Tom's Body Shop, Main Street Garage, and Exhaust Pros provide vehicle unlock services at varies times of the day.

Any calls to unlock vehicles after normal business hours will be handled by Wayne Police Department Communication Center. An attempt will be made to contact the on call representatives for the above mentioned private businesses. If contact is unsuccessful, vehicle unlocks may then be handled by Wayne Police Department officers, depending on the make and model of the vehicle.
If the Wayne Police Department unlocks your vehicle there will be a $20 charge.
